Landing in Bali is not one fee. It is four separate obligations to three different authorities, and the two that cost nothing are the ones most guides forget to mention at all.

The mistake this category produces most

Guides that cover the visa in detail routinely stop there, as if a stamp in a passport were the whole of arrival. It is not. What changes here, and what does not

The visa tariff is set by national government regulation and moves only when that regulation is reissued, which is not frequent. The provincial levy is a separate, more local instrument, and it has already been amended once since it was introduced. The two free filings sit on government portals that can themselves change address or form, as one already has, without any change to the underlying legal requirement to file at all.
