How a page gets here

Each page starts from the primary official source: the regulation, the decree, the operator's own text. Research and drafting are done with AI tools. Every page then goes through an adversarial fact audit that re-opens each cited source and tries to prove the page wrong, and a second audit after the corrections, because corrections introduce errors of their own. What the name commits to

A page signed here says what its sources say, and no more. When a source could not be opened, the page says so. When a fact goes stale, the page says that too, and past three times its re-verification deadline it leaves the index.
